Last updated: 14 April 2026. We collect the minimum we need to run the product. We never sell personal data.
What we collect
Account info (name, email, workspace), the content you post, basic usage telemetry, and billing details for paid plans. That's it.
How we use it
To run the product, secure your workspace, generate AI summaries you ask for, and bill you accurately. We do not train foundation models on customer content.
Sub-processors
A short, audited list — hosting (AWS, GCP), email (Postmark), payments (Stripe), and our AI inference provider for AI features. Full list at conversa.app/subprocessors.
Your rights
Access, export, correction, deletion. Email privacy@conversa.app from your workspace email. Standard 30-day response window.
Data retention
Workspace content is retained while your workspace is active and for 30 days after cancellation. Backups are purged within 90 days.
International transfers
Business plans support data residency (EU, US, APAC). All transfers under Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
